The Situation
The project is an integrated digital platform for the Syrian National Volleyball Federation, designed to be the official and primary source of information. Before implementation, work was hindered by data scattered across paper systems and various entities, making access to accurate information a major challenge.
The Challenges
Lack of a unified and reliable official source for information and results
Complete reliance on paper transactions and manual processes
Difficulty in archiving match history and searchable game statistics
Need for managing complex permissions for various clubs and committees
Our Solution
An integrated digital platform was developed to ensure data governance and transparency. The system provides comprehensive digital archiving of the Federation's history with full automation of administrative procedures, offering users and official bodies a modern and reliable experience.
Implementation

Advanced Content Management (CMS)
A central dashboard to manage all website sections and sports data with an approval workflow.
Flexible Role-Based Access (RBAC)
Distribution of roles between the Federation manager (Super Admin) and team admins to track player data.
Historical Archiving Database
Conversion of legacy records into searchable digital data covering club and tournament history.
Workflow Digital Transformation
Replacement of paper forms with digital workflows, reducing errors and increasing execution speed.
The Results
Successfully unified all Syrian Volleyball Federation data into a single platform, improving transparency and significantly reducing administrative effort with a modern platform.
